Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled after confirmation are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processing costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund total. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

If we make a mistake or your item arrives damaged, please message us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll make it right.
